Captain's Log:

Wow, it has been a very long time since I last wrote in this weblog. Over a month! Good to be back. Lots of things have been happening since I have been away.

First of all, I went to Europe a couple of weeks ago and visited five different countries. Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Lichtenstein, and Italy. Ted and I actually broke away from the group for the last day to make an unplanned trip to Milan, Italy for the day. That was awesome. Great scenery the whole trip, so I took a lot of pictures. I believe that I took around 375 pictures overall, and Ted took about 750, so when we combine, we will have quite the collection. Awesome trip.

Cliff is leaving and is going to take the job at the Cape. That means that I will probably be getting his job in a couple of weeks. It is an awesome job, it is just too bad he has to leave for me to get it. He is a very good friend.

So much has been going on in the news, but I am not going to go too deeply into it all. Needless to say, a lot has been happening.

Christy left on Sunday for flight attendant training. She will be gone seven weeks and then has to move a week later to DC. Hopefully, she can transfer back to MCO soon, so we will see.

Two new books that I am currently reading: House by Frank Peretti/Ted Dekker and Digital Fortress by Dan Brown. Both very good. I am over halfway in the House book and should finish that tomorrow.

That is about all for now. I will be writing again soon...of course I said that last post and that was a month ago...we will see.

Later,

Lorimer
